If we do not have a match now, we will keep your resume, if you so wish, in our database. As soon as a matching position opens up in the future, than we will be able to reach out to you.
The interview can be online or in-person, whichever suits you best. Duringthe interview, our recruiter will take the time to find out about your skills and experience, your ambitions, and what makes you happy in your workplace.
You can take this time to ask any questions that you may have. We are happy to help you with any information you need.
If you and the recruiter think there is a match between you and the company, your recruiter will introduce your CV, details and a synopsis of your interview to the company. The company will decide then whether they would like to meet you.
Your recruiter will arrange the interviews for you and will fully prepare you with all the information you need, to guide you through the interview stage. We will keep you updated in all the stages of the process.
